This is a home based role, but not a remote position. Regular and frequent travel across the whole of the South Wiltshire area is required to meet families in their homes, schools, and community venues. Provide one-to-one and group support that strengthens families and builds resilience. Carry a manageable caseload, offering tailored interventions that create lasting impact.
