Family Medicine Physician - Charlotte, NC (New Grads are Accepted)
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of North Carolina

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages
Provide outpatient care, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
