Requirements:
- RN, NP, or PA license in Illinois,
- Master's degree,
- CPR certification,
- Minimum 2 years' experience providing comprehensive primary care services, including preventative, acute, and chronic care, diagnostic evaluations, treatments, consultations, and patient education.
- Basic computer skills, familiarity with electronic health records, and excellent communication skills,
