Farm Technician

Job Description

The Junior Farm Technician is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of plant productions, ensuring the proper care and maintenance of crops, seedlings, and equipment. They will work closely with the team to implement best agricultural practices, conduct field monitoring, and support research and development efforts.

• Assist in land preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting of crops.
• Conduct routine monitoring of plant health, pest infestations, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Implement proper crop management techniques including pruning, staking, and pest control application.
• Maintain tools, equipment, machinery, and irrigation system if any.
• Support the installation and maintenance of farm structures such as trellises, net houses, and shade systems.
