Job Summary

  • Perform daily supervision of restaurant operations and lead the team to ensure guest experience aligns with the brand standards
  • Liaise closely with the culinary team on food quality or presentation
  • Actively participate in menu planning and propose innovative recommendations to strive for quality and service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures including but not limited to Food Safety & Hygiene aspect
  • Determine and implement departmental trainings for the team to continually improve guest and team’s satisfaction
  • Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Restaurant / Banquet at similar capacity
  • Good leadership and problem solving skills
  • Be innovative and passionate to strive for service excellence
  • Excellent command of English, proficiency in other languages will be a plus
