About The RolReporting to the General Manager, the Director of Food & Beverage provides strategic leadership and overall direction for all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, events and minibar. This role is a key member of the hotel leadership team and is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, operational excellence, cost control and the development of a high-performing Food & Beverage team, in alignment with Sarena de Muro resort Destination by Hyatt.

What you will do

  • Lead and oversee all day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury service and exceptional product quality in every outlet and service area
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and outlet leaders on menu engineering, product selection, concept development and innovation to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience
