- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel's grooming standards.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor dining flow.
- Communicate efficiently with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with menu knowledge and promote daily specials or hotel events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and entrance area.
