Food & Beverage Manager (Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport)

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a vital part of the hotel's management team. You will have full operational and commercial responsibility for our Food & Beverage (F&B) departments, including Meetings & Events (M&E), Breakfast Operations, and the Kitchen and other front‑of‑house F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop F&B department heads.
- Take full ownership of departmental results, including financial reporting, forecasting, and investment planning.
- Ensure a consistently high level of service, competence, and product quality across all F&B operations.
- Actively track and improve guest and staff satisfaction, aligning with Clarion’s premium standards.
