A well‑known wine estate and boutique hotel in Stellenbosch is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to run all F&B operations across the property. You will lead the service team across multiple outlets including restaurants, a tasting room, lounge, and in‑room dining. This is a hands‑on role covering everything from team development and guest relations to budgets and stock control.

What We're Looking For: 5+ years in a senior F&B management role in hotels or fine dining. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development ability. Solid financial skills including budgeting and cost control. Proficiency in POS systems, Protel, and Microsoft Office. Professional presentation and a genuine service‑first approach.
