We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring excellence in service and food quality, managing budgets, and leading a team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities Operational
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, food quality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and profitability across all restaurant outlets.
  • Establish and maintain SOPs for service operations, as well as SFA compliance.
