Ensuring smooth operations of the section appointed.

Helps maximize revenue potential, maintains food and beverage service quality, and ensures customer satisfaction.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Trains and develops staff to provide excellent guest service.

Monitor inventory and guest supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.

Can conduct daily briefings and station allocation.

Handles VIP arrivals and delivers preferences

Requirements

  • Understand restaurant events order and group bookings.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge in F&B operations and proficient in Forbes travel guide standard.
