Job Description
Monthly Salary: Up to $3,000 (Negotiable) Working Address: Mohamed Sultan Rd Working Hours: 5-day work week, 48 hours per week (Fixed Off Days: Monday & Tuesday) Thursday & Saturday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM (2-hour break) Sunday, Wednesday & Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead daily service operations to ensure smooth outlet performance
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests
Taking customer orders and providing accurate menu recommendations
Promoting products through strong product knowledge and service skills
Ensuring outlet setup is completed and pre-shift checks are carried out
Maintaining high guest satisfaction by proactively supporting service and bar operations
Identifying opportunities to improve operational procedures and systems
Conducting basic staff training and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
