JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff (Kitchen Stewards, Packaging Staff & Outlet Attendants)
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service readiness.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of incidents and guest concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Hospitality Management or related course (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setup.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Baguio Country Club.
