Job Description

Rishworth is seeking an experienced FBO Operations & Safety Manager to lead and manage all aspects of ground and flight operations. This role is responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient ramp, airside, and flight concierge services while ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
This is based at Seletar Airport, offering the opportunity to play a key leadership role within a dynamic FBO environment, working closely with operational teams, airport authorities, and key stakeholders.
 
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage day‑to‑day FBO ground and flight operations, including ramp handling, flight concierge services, airside activities, and operational planning to deliver safe and efficient service.
