About you:
In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes, helping them with:
Day-to-day tasks like shopping, cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
Following personalised support plans and risk assessments
Promoting independence and supporting each person’s goals and aspirations...
