Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilitieslead the CIC team, develop & train the team
define the goals for CIC team & control the performance
control / supervise order processing, complaint management and returns processing
monitor the level of service and delivery times, proposing possible solutions for improvement in order to reach the company's targets
work with Key clients on shipments, receivables, receipts of goods, reserves, claims, advice on the range
interaction with transport companies, control of incoming accounts
work with the sales and marketing Department (control over the implementation of the sales plan; launch of marketing campaigns, timing control, compliance with conditions; information letters for employees and partners)
