Job Summary:
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

- Provide technical phone support and other communication channels to contractors and customers, addressing technical queries or concerns.
- Conduct site measurements to assess and optimize system performance.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for site support and troubleshooting when required.
- Documentation of reports, internal knowledge sharing materials and training content.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Always prioritize safety and actively participate in hazard identification and risk management activities.
- CSOC or BCSS certified
