Job Summary:
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical phone support and other communication channels to contractors and customers, addressing technical queries or concerns.
  • Conduct site measurements to assess and optimize system performance.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for site support and troubleshooting when required.
  • Documentation of reports, internal knowledge sharing materials and training content.
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Always prioritize safety and actively participate in hazard identification and risk management activities.
Requirements
  • CSOC or BCSS certified
