Our FAEs are technical super stars; domain specialists who support the sales organization and play a crucial role in defining, explaining and demonstrating our solutions to customers in pre‑sales discussions, executing technical evaluation of client´s requirements and providing technical information and trainings to account managers, customers and our distributor partners. They solve issues and respond to queries at the customer site or remotely, enable customer´s engineers to understand how the products work and to see how to configure and use them. The FAEs help, train and build true and lasting relationships with customers while collecting valuable market/product development information and extending their own commercial insight for the sake of excellence.
