Field Application Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales departments to collaborate with sales and visit customers;

• Provide effective frontline technical support for customers regarding BMK's services;
  
  
• Answer questions related to workflow, specific operations, result analysis, etc., to support sales order and utilization/revenue growth;
  
  
• Coordinateservice processes and provide effective technical guidance to customers;
  
  
• Provide technical support to the marketing and sales departments;
  
  
• Assist thesales team with pre-sales technical activities, participate in various publicity campaigns such as seminars, conferences, trade shows, and other on-site activities in the relevant territories;
