Job Description
- Assist the sales executives during execution of sales process by installing and performing a product demonstration of the COMPANY’s products
- Product installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- Provide consulting to customers and technical support regarding technicalities of the COMPANY’s products
- Inventory management of equipment and spare parts
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems to diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Assist team with IT related problems when called upon
- All technical support transactions, consultations, product demo and installation should be encoded as a ticket to Hubspot
- Generate a monthly Hubspot service ticket report
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
