Job Description

  • Assist the sales executives during execution of sales process by installing and performing a product demonstration of the COMPANY’s products
  • Product installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
  • Provide consulting to customers and technical support regarding technicalities of the COMPANY’s products
  • Inventory management of equipment and spare parts
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems to diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
  • Assist team with IT related problems when called upon
  • All technical support transactions, consultations, product demo and installation should be encoded as a ticket to Hubspot
  • Generate a monthly Hubspot service ticket report
