EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN A COMPLEX CARE AGENCY IS ESSENTIAL (1 YEAR)
VP Complex Care have an exciting opportunity to join the company as a Field Care Manager. In this exciting role, you’ll be managing a combination of different care packages and clients living in their own homes. You will also be responsible for recruiting new candidates for these packages.

Salary Range £25,000 – £27,000 p.a.

Risk assessment and Care Planning around individual client needs

Supervision and appraisal of staff

Client visits, spot checks and care reviews

Development of new care packages from local authority and private case management companies

Supporting compliance of our field staff
