  • Conduct Care Pro supervisions, PDP’s, Annual Appraisals and other touchpoints.
  • Support Care pros to obtain their Care Certificate.
  • Conduct training workshops and assess Care Pros in medication, moving and assisting and other non-clinical competencies.
  • Maintain accurate Care Pro records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
  • Conduct Care Pro introductions to clients.
  • During Care Pro touchpoints build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Support and mentor Care Professionals.
  • Provide support to the Client Experience team.
  • Maintain regular contact with Care Professionals.
  • Any other duties as directed by your line manager.
