Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years leadership experience in merchandising within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of retail store merchandising dynamics.
- Must be residing in Ilocos, Pangasinan, Baguio, or La Union.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of merchandisers.
- Ensure all vacancies and deployments are filled with qualified candidates.
- Monitor inventory of stores.
- Work closely with marketing and store operations teams to ensure effective product displays and merchandising strategies in retail stores.
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure effective coordination and alignment of merchandising strategies.
