Job Description

The Field Distribution Partner is responsible for:


  • Building and managing a multi-tier reseller network and multi-level marketing
  • Driving revenue growth across assigned regions
  • Establishing partnerships with SMEs, enterprises, and local organizations
  • Scaling adoption of MWell’s telehealth and wellness ecosystem


The ideal candidate for the role should have solid experience in sales operations, partner coordination, and field execution support. This role focuses on driving performance at the ground level while helping scale and manage distribution partners across assigned areas.


This role operates as a business partner, with performance-based earnings and leadership over a regional sales organization.
