Job Description

The Field Engineer will install vehicle Telematics products in customers’ vehicles, ensuring best practices and customer satisfaction. The role also focuses on maintaining company policies and guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and appropriate follow up, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Complete health and safety documentation before each installation / repair.
• Ensure the “Job Sheet” is completed in full and signed by an authorised person before leaving the installation / repair.
• Perform allocated work on time, accurately and with a high quality of workmanship.
