Field Inventory Supervisor (Mexico) (Santiago de Querétaro)

This role is located in Queretaro, Mexico, and reports into our Specialty Chemical Distribution (SCD) Division.

You will supervise a team of Field Inventory Specialists.

• Oversees inventory management for an assigned team of Field Inventory Specialists at multiple customer locations
• Backs up FIS team during absences and openings
• Creates, maintains and executes the Field Inventory Specialist onboarding plan for new hires
• Trains new team members and monitors effectiveness
• Interviews potential team members and makes hiring recommendations
• Facilitates cross‑training opportunities within the ePlus FIS Teams
• Develop work schedules for team members
• Leads and motivates to achieve specific goals and ensure customer satisfaction
