Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Grow seed, fertilizer, and crop protection sales through prospecting, account management, and territory planning
  • Acquire new customers and expand business with existing grower accounts
  • Promote and maximize participation in Hensall Co-op programs, promotions, and bundled offerings
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects to identify needs and opportunities
  • Provide agronomic advice and crop solutions through on‑farm visits, meetings, and digital communication
  • Utilize CRM platform, ERP systems, and field trace 2.0 for customer management, compliance, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Operations Management, Agronomy, and Customer Service teams
  • Support and participate in grower meetings, training sessions, and local events
  • Ensure accurate administration of sales agreements and records
