Job Description
- Perform ocular of foreclosed properties and repossessed vehicles, analyze market trends, negotiate, dispose and work with marketing teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Process transfer of titles and executes others necessary related tasks of sales account
- Request documents such as CTC, clearances and other related documents from BIR, RD, City Halls and other government agencies
- Collect, notarize and submit all necessary documents needed, sales contract and other related transactions
- With valid driver's license, can drive 4 wheels and motorcycle
- Preferably has own motorcycle unit
