Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

+ 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a closely related marketing role.

+ Demonstrated experience managing customer events and employee engagement programs.

+ Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and performance measurement.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

+ Willingness to travel occasionally for events and conferences.
