This role suits a dedicated Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic who enjoys independence and fieldwork. You will conduct essential maintenance and repairs on diverse logging equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and safety on job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnostics and major repairs performed on-site
• Execute preventative maintenance and identify mechanical issues
• Drive to remote locations and ensure safety protocols
• Lead safety measures during high-pressure equipment testing
• Organize repairs across different active job areas
Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification
• Must have a fully rigged service truck with essential tools
• Skilled in coastal logging machinery and hydraulic systems
• Clean Driver's License required
