What To Expect

The Field Quality Engineering team’s mission is to improve customer experience of Tesla products by reducing field issues in collaboration with other engineering teams.

The Field Quality Team has a special role supporting Giga Berlin and making sure main customer concerns are known and addressed.

We are seeking a multi‑faceted Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects of identifying, analysing, root‑causing, implementation of countermeasures, and reporting on issues affecting any vehicle sub‑assemblies and systems from exterior body fitment to electronics failures.

To be effective, the Field Quality Engineer will need to be familiar with the detailed behaviour and customer impact of all Tesla vehicle platforms and the tools and equipment used in their design and manufacture.
