We are looking for Field Researchers to support on-ground research activities in Guangzhou. This is a full-time role where you will interact directly with delivery drivers to understand their daily work experience and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations across Guangzhou to interact with delivery drivers
- Conduct short surveys and conversations to gather insights
- Understand driver challenges, delivery patterns, and preferences
- Accurately record and report collected information
- Share feedback and observations with the internal team
- Represent the company professionally at all times
