The Field Sales Hunter - Large Accounts

Acquires strategic enterprise clients through a structured, consultative, and engagement-driven sales approach. This role targets long-cycle deals in complex buying environments and supports tenders and framework agreements. It positions Pluxee's SaaS platform as a strategic tool for improving employee experience, motivation, and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting & Discovery

  • Identify and qualify large enterprise opportunities through strategic targeting.
  • Engage HR, finance, procurement, and C-level stakeholders to understand needs.

Solution Selling & Proposal Development

  • Design customized proposals aligned with fiscal, cultural, and organizational objectives.
