Job Responsibilities

Technical

  • Responsible for providing quality repair, preventive maintenance service and complete installation and relocation start-up service of complex electromechanical and electronic systems at customer sites. Perform analytical problem-solving to the component level. May perform multiple technical tasks and may coordinate work of assigned engineers.
  • Perform on-site preventive maintenance. Order and replace defective units, components or parts as appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions required and/or escalate for assistance and prompt resolution. 
  • Assist with installing and/or relocating equipment at customer’s site.
