Responsibilities
- Calibrate T&ME, including troubleshooting, problem isolation and providing technical feedback to customers
- Maintain various calibration software platforms
- Maintain calibration station upkeep
- Perform safety tests on equipment
- Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain close communication with customers to capture and meet expectations
- Compile OOT report for customer notification or problem resolution
- Assist in maintaining the calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training
- Ensure calibration services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
- Set up new calibration capability for Keysight and multi‑vendor products
- Validate new procedures and the use of technical manuals
