We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide onsite IT support within a large enterprise environment. This is a hands‑on role supporting end users across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, mobile devices and workplace technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support and end-user IT support
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office and O365 issues
• Support laptops, desktops, printers and peripheral devices
• Perform hardware break‑fix and device replacements
• Support VPN connectivity and remote access issues
• Assist with device imaging, deployment and software upgrades
• Support mobile devices and workplace technology services
