Field Service Engineer (Compressed Air)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + OTE £55,000 + 5% commission for each work secured, progressive training, overtime, company van and fuel card. Location: Sheffield / Nottingham.

This role is a key part of a company that values its people through fair pay for overtime, quarterly bonuses, and industry‑specific training. It involves servicing and installing compressed air machinery across the UK, including sites, factories, businesses, homes and events.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites, businesses and homes to provide service and breakdown support.
• Be on call one week out of five.
• Participate in company‑paid training courses to expand knowledge.
• Work optional overtime at 1.5× on weekends and earn a 5% commission on additional projects.
• Average 10 hours of uncapped overtime per week.
