About the Job
- Undertaking servicing of equipment on‑site and service center as per Alfa Laval standards and procedures.
- Safety 1st Behavioral Attitude Stop-Think-Act.
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, audits, developing solutions, fault finding, repairs and maintenance of products such as high‑speed separators, decanters used in various process industries and plate heat exchangers.
- Act as a service advisor for Alfa Laval helping to accelerate service business growth.
- Troubleshooting of Electrical PLC controls, EPC controls, 2‑touch basic and Plus controls training customer crew on Alfa Laval equipment.
- Executing audits and maintenance activities related to Service Agreements.
- Explore business development and every possible opportunity.
