Job Description
This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer. You will play a key role in supporting our new South East Depot by performing maintenance and repairs on our rental fleet of generators. This position requires a high degree of customer interaction and collaboration with various departments, so a strong customer service focus is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned Maintenance and Service – Perform routine servicing and maintenance of diesel generators.
- Service and Repairs – Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on rental generators, ensuring quick resolution of any issues.
- Site Surveys – Conduct site surveys as requested to assess service needs and maintenance requirements.
- On-Call Duty – Participate in the company’s on-call rota system to provide timely assistance during off‑hours.
