Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Provide on-site field support for our partners, direct Panasonic customers, and end customers in case of technical problems.
  • Records and processes highly complex inquiries.
  • Support product commissioning on site.
  • Support new customers during the first pre-commissioning visit on-site to support the customer and guarantee correct system set up.
  • Provide central technical support for the service-partner-network and end customers in the respective region and/or area.
  • Provide detailed documentation of all activities
  • Serves as link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
  • Identify technical issues and develop solutions of a variety of customer complaints and issues, as the first level of escalation after the call-centre and service-partners.
