Field Customer Support Specialist

As a Field Customer Support Specialist, you will support customers across a wide variety of lab‑based scientific business sectors meaning your role is very diverse and interesting, no two days are the same!

  • Analyse and review system and scientific data to determine the source of problems and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective actions.
