About the job

We're looking for a Service Engineer based in Newcastle. The Service Engineer role holds the responsibility for the technical support of our customers and resolution of ongoing issues when required. You will deliver a quality and reliable service to our customers and colleagues ensuring that reliability issues are dealt in a timely manner, and any issues with van stock or training needs will be reported back to the Regional Team Leader.

Your tasks

  • Ensure agreed Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes are adhered to 

  • On Call weekend rota for Engineer Technical Assistance and reactive calls (1 every 6 weekends)

  • Highlight Technical skills gap.

  • Highlight customer skills gap.

  • Managing stock levels

  • Managing customer relations at a site level

  • Keeping up to date with all company admin and courses
