Field Service Engineer, Patient Care Informatics – Castilla y León
As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide technical support for Philips solutions, including installations, upgrades, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and related activities at customer sites across Castilla y León locations.
Your role:
- Primarily supporting the Castilla y León region
- Providing remote and on‑site technical support to implementation and project teams
- Working closely with Healthcare Information Systems implementation teams during deployment and post go‑live, including integration activities, third‑party device connectivity, and data exploitation
- Acting as technical lead for small to medium implementations, managing technical escalations and ensuring timely resolution
