Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in a prompt and efficient manner for all product lines and product offerings
- Acquire extensive and sound product knowledge to support customers in a timely and effective manner
- Provide customer support and training to new and existing customers, including standby duties on weekends on a rotational basis
- Work comfortably in an environment of change and continue to adapt to evolving needs
- Degree or Diploma in Bio‑medical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Engineering, or other related specialties, with experience in clinical diagnostic product support
- 2 to 4 years of experience in medical diagnostic products; ITE graduates with more than 6 years of relevant experience may be considered
- Good command of written and spoken English and a team player with initiative and strong problem‑solving skills
