The package:
30 days holiday including bank holidays, option to buy an extra 5 days of holiday.

All overtime after 39 hours paid at 1.5X, anything over 48 hours paid at 2X

Plenty of overtime available per week throughout the whole year (average availability is 15-20 hours)
