- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to excavators, diesel engines, hydraulics, and low-voltage electric systems.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to enhance product functionality and resolve field issues.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
