Job Description

Field Service & Repair Engineer / Assembler The Field Service & Repair Engineer / Assembler will manage the customer repairs process and provide on-site service at customer sites on Regal Rexnord supplied brakes, clutches, and couplings. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, performing scheduled maintenance, ensuring optimal performance of products, and carrying out assembly work when required. 
Service & Repair Manage customer returns process to achieve annual repairs sales target and on‑time delivery in line with customer expectations. 
Strip and survey returned items and produce detailed report on parts and labour required with costings to repair the units if viable. 
Rebuild customer returns to “as new” standard to allocated delivery date as required. 
Carry out service work on Regal Rexnord supplied Brakes, Clutches and Couplings at Bedford plant and remotely at customer site.
