Most of your day involves break‑fix troubleshooting—software interfaces, networking, and electromechanical diagnostics—with structured preventative maintenance rounding out the rest. Heavy mechanical work is handled by customer millwrights; your value is in sharp systems thinking and clean customer communication.

Requirements

• Field service experience
