- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot copiers & printers
- Perform onsite servicing and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair machine faults efficiently
- Provide technical support and customer assistance
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs
- Prepare service reports after each visit
Basic knowledge of copier/printer repair is an advantage
Training will be provided for candidates without experience
Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as a team
