What success looks like in this role: As a Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for the operational success of a strategic portfolio of Unisys accounts. You will blend state-of-the-art operations management with people leadership, driving team performance while ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Empowerment: Lead and inspire an operations team by setting clear KPIs, fostering professional growth, and maintaining high levels of motivation. Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of account operations, ensuring all services are executed in strict alignment with client contracts.
